  16.           _s_g_m_l_s_a_s_p translates the standard input using the
  17.           specification in _r_e_p_l_a_c_e_m_e_n_t__f_i_l_e... and writes the result
  18.           to the standard output.  The standard input must be in the
  19.           format output by _s_g_m_l_s.  Each replacement file must be in
  20.           the format of an Amsterdam SGML parser (ASP) replacement
  21.           file; this format is described in the ASP documentation.
  22.           Duplicate replacements are silently ignored.  The ----nnnn option
  23.           disables upper-case substitution (folding) for names in
  24.           replacement files; this option should be used with concrete
  25.           syntaxes that do not specify upper-case substitution for
  26.           general names (that is, names that are not entity names).
